What are your delivery times?

You will receive your order within 24 to 48 hours after placing it on our website. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your package is out for delivery.

How can I track my order?

Since we handle the delivery ourselves, there is no tracking link. If you wish to check the status of your order, simply contact us at support@balmanntree.com or via WhatsApp at +971 52 741 0401. We will be happy to provide you with all the delivery information available.

Do you ship worldwide?

Not yet — for the moment, we do not ship worldwide. But it’s coming soon, just a little more patience.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes, we do. If there is any issue with your order, you can request a refund within 48 hours after delivery. Simply contact us at support@balmanntree.com or via WhatsApp at +971 52 741 0401, and we will be happy to assist you.

What payment methods are available?

We offer several secure payment methods:
Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.

We also accept cash on delivery for an additional 30 AED fee.
Please note that we do not accept checks, money orders, or bank transfers.
